PURPOSES: The specific purposes and objectives of the Corporation shall include but not be limited to the following: Music Business Education, entrepreneurship and business planning and business etiquette; training in the professional skills of music such as songwriting; artist development such as performance technique, vocal coaching, mic technique and interviewing skills; live performances, local and touring; recording, marketing and distributing of music under Stoney Hill Music, LLC.

Ending Homelessness
In addition, Stoney Hill Music has committed to working with Partnership for the Homeless in their fight to end homelessness in New York City and to that end will donate 5% of all profits to Partnership for the Homeless in 2009.
